Perfect day cruise

Our family loved this Amsterdam boat tour! We particularly liked seeing the dancing houses from the water as we couldn’t get the same angle from the land. The open boat was perfect for viewing everything up close, and the kids enjoyed it whenever other canal boats sailed past us. Highly recommend it!

The best way to see Amsterdam!

As a first-time visitor, this boat tour was a great introduction to Amsterdam! The canals and the city were beautiful, and the guide shared many historical details, like the parts that were built in the 17th century. The wine and cheese were also great, it was the perfect addition to the cruise!

Canal Cruise

An essential part of Amsterdam's development

Built during the Dutch Golden Age in the 17th century, Amsterdam's canals are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The canals were essential to Amsterdam's development since they were built to handle the city's expanding population and thriving trade. The tall, narrow canal homes along the Herengracht, Keizersgracht, and Prinsengracht were built by the wealthy to reflect the city’s inventive architectural design.

After seeing the city from the water, continue your discovery on foot. Joining one of the walking tours of Amsterdam is a great way to understand how its streets and neighborhoods connect, and to hear the stories that shaped the city behind the beautiful facades.
